Some Things You Need To Know
All Product Prices And Shipping Is In USD
We are not responsible for exchange rates or charges you may incure from your bank or credit card for paying in USD. www.provosvintagegroove.com does not automatically calculate your currancy. All prices are always USD.
All International Orders Are Shipped USPS International First Class With Insurance.
Ship times range from 1-4 weeks. Sometimes there are shipping delays due to uncontrolable factors like Covid 19 and weather.
Insurance claims must be filed within 15 days of delivery. Please see Shipping Damage at the bottom any page.
Insurance is to protect against shipping damage and or lost mail. Lost mail claims can not be filed until after 40 days from shipped date.
Customs | VAT | Import Duties | Taxes | ETC
There currently is not a way set up for us to pre-pay and pre-charge for any form of import tax. It is the sole resposability of the buyer to pay the import tax charged by thier county. We wish there was a more seamless way to ship goods accross boarders. However we are far to small to control governments.
Mail Delivery
Because of import taxes and using multiple shipping agencys. Mail delivery is not available at your front door. Some countries require the customer to pick up thier package at thier local post office or customs office. (Often times to pay import taxes)
Returned By Post Office or Customs Office
If you do not pay the import taxes and or do not pick up the package at your local post office. Causing the package to be returned. You will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
